Project Overview

IT Muhibbah Jaya Sdn Bhd was commissioned by Badan Pengurusan Bersama Block E Parklane OUG to carry out comprehensive Slab & Wall Repair and Waterproofing Works at Block E1, E2, and E3 (Additional 9 units).

The scope of work included rigorous preliminaries such as work setup via abseiling systems, scaffolding, and safety equipment. The repair works consisted of scraping, hacking, V-grooving, and grouting of damaged and cracked external wall and slab surfaces. Following the preparation, epoxy mortar, cement screed, waterproofing primer, and membrane systems were applied to ensure total water resistance.

Finally, the project included plastering, finishing, and painting works to restore the aesthetic integrity of the affected areas, fully sealing the external structural gaps.
