Project Overview
IT Muhibbah Jaya Sdn Bhd successfully completed the full installation and commissioning of a Grounding & Lightning Arrestor System at Menara Simfoni, Jalan Simfoni 2, Balakong, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
The project involved comprehensive installation of lightning protection conductors along the building rooftop perimeter, establishment of 6 earth chambers in the surrounding ground areas, and thorough earth resistance testing to verify all earthing points meet the required low-resistance safety specifications.
All earthing systems were tested using a Kyoritsu KEW 4105A Digital Earth Tester, with before and after measurements recorded to demonstrate significant improvement in earth resistance values across all 6 chambers — from overload (OL) or high-resistance readings down to less than 1 ohm, confirming a safe and effective installation.

Grounding / Earthing Resistance Readings
Earth resistance measured before and after installation using Kyoritsu KEW 4105A Digital Earth Tester. All 6 chambers achieved less than 1Ω after installation.
All Earth Chambers Pass — Installation Verified
All 6 earth chambers achieved earth resistance values well below 1 ohm after installation, confirming a safe, effective and compliant grounding system at Menara Simfoni.
