Project Overview

IT Muhibbah Jaya Sdn Bhd was commissioned by Badan Pengurusan Bersama Block E Parklane OUG to carry out the replacement of new gate valves at Level 10 and Level 20 located in blocks E1, E2, and E3.

The scope of work involved a comprehensive mechanical overhaul: isolating and depressurizing the pipeline, safely dismantling the old valve cover and pilot assembly, and removing the internal components for detailed inspection.

After thoroughly cleaning the valve body, diaphragm chamber, pilot tubing, and fittings, the new gate valves were installed. The project concluded with full functional testing and commissioning to ensure optimal water pressure regulation and flow safety.
